Terms and Conditions

Note from the authors, in our own words:

This seminar is a collection of tools, techniques, and templates that have proven effective for our China sourcing projects. While it is not a legal reference guide or substitute for formal sourcing advice on the specific matters of your particular project, it is more than enough to get the buyer pointed in the right direction and educated about the dangers and opportunities waiting in China.

The stories, case studies, and examples mentioned in the course materials are real. However, the names of the companies, managers involved, and a few minor details have been adjusted because, in some cases, the court battles are still active and, in almost all the stories, the foreign buyers’ situations and mistakes could be embarrassing if made public.

The authors, their employers, and the publisher do not, under any circumstances, assume responsibility or liability resulting from information or opinions expressed in the course materials.
